White petticoat for under the Victorian Skirt. Front is flat as is the
skirt, and the back is fully gathered. There are five rows of tucks in
the back to help with stiffness. This is after the bustle era, so no
bustle to be worn underneath. 1870s. Drawstring waist, as was the case
in the 1870s. Seams are French seamed.
Petticoat can be made in your choice of colour, and
is made from cotton polyester. If you wish it made from a more
authentic or fancier fabric, the extra cost would reflect that. Price for the cotton polyester is $80.
